Construction Director

Main characteristics that are looked for in candidates:

• Civil Engineer or Civil Technical Engineer;
• Experience is valued. Preferably with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, particularly in:
  • Preparation of work;
  • Preparation of work plans, management of deadlines, resources and economic planning;
  • Analysis of technical solutions and technical guidance for the work;
  • Management of contracts and subcontracts;
  • Site organization;
  • Preparation of rebudgets and economic control;
  • Relations with designers, inspection and customers;
  • Quality, Environment and Safety Management on site;
• It is also valued:
  • Leadership skills, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Orientation towards goals and customer satisfaction;
  • Availability to travel within the national territory;
  • Driving license;
• Preferably with knowledge of CAD, MS Project, MS Office and MS Dynamics;
